Hi! I’m sara. I was born in Barcelona, for 20 years I lived in San Francisco, Florence, Madrid and Brussels. Paradoxes of life I found my home just 100 kilometres from my hometown, Girona, in the middle of a forest of evergreen oaks overlooking a hermitage.

 

During all that time I studied art history by passion, I found an almost perfect traveling companion ;-) with whom we had 2 teachers and we increased the family with several furry friends. And although everything seemed to be perfect, I still thought that being a nomad, mother, wife and worker did not define me.

 

In 2014 I received a great gift, I spontaneously began to see the world in a different way.

I understood that the cards we have been given for this life are simply the perfect ones. Life is a school and everything has an order. I learned to love and respect myself every day a little more.

My thirst for consciousness knowledge became bigger and bigger. And then, when I stopped searching to give space to the encounter, the magic happened. Everything I had read, learned and listened began to go down from the mind to the heart and life was filled with gifts, including channelling and hypnosis.

 

I certified at Dolores Cannon's QHHT regression hypnosis school, I studied psychology, ericksonian hypnosis, PNL and different techniques from great masters. With these tools it will be an honor to accompany you to know yourself better, and guide you to make aware the unconscious so you can heal physically, emotionally and spiritually.
